We were assigned to attend an online training that was being done live at 9:30a...in one of our East coast offices. I e-mailed our training coordinator in SF to try to get her to make logical sense of what she was asking. I didn't have internet at my apartment then, so I would have to wake up and get into the office at 6:30a. She was not the sharpest tool in the shed, mind you. Her classic response, which I have saved to this day, "Unfortunately 6:30am has become the new 9:30am for virtual meetings."
